Sony has an impressive track record in making the noise-cancelling headphones. On the noise-cancelling headphone segment, many music lovers prefer Sony rather than Bose. The company is improving its audio quality and noise-cancelling feature under the flagship 1000x line-up. But, it makes the most significant share of profit from its affordable headphone series.
Today, Sony launched a new noise-cancelling headphone: the WH-CH710N. Its affordable price point will become the biggest selling point of this feature-packed device. Sony launched this noise cancelling headphone at 200 USD.
The company has not clarified whether it used the same noise-cancelling equipment as WH-100XM3. But, on the other hand, the WH-CH710N certainly has an upgraded ANC. Sony revealed that its latest offering uses Dual Noise Sensor Technology to improve the noise cancellation further. This technology consistently monitors the outside noise and improves noise cancellation.
The WH-CH710N in Details
The WH-CH710N has a couple of microphones facing both forward and backward direction. As a result, it can pick up significantly more ambient sound, which will result in fewer distractions. Like most of the similar range headphones, the WH-CH710N offers ambient sound mode. Therefore, you can easily listen to the sound even in the high-rush area and traffic noises.
When it comes to clear sound, Sony will not disappoint you with its latest offering. The company claimed that the headphone is capable of producing some vibrant quality music. The headphone lightweight; therefore, you can wear it for a considerable period of time. The company promises that the device will last for 35 hours with a single charge. The USB TYPE-C port allows the headphone to charge quickly. You can enjoy an hour of music with 10 minutes of charge.
The company will start pre-ordering from the second half of this month.
