Motorola yet to announce a flagship device in 2020. The company was planning to launch its flagship Edge Series on the MWC-2020, which was cancelled at the last moment. Though the company did not announce about the series yet, a number of leaked images are describing its detailed specification. The series has a couple of devices, Moto Edge and Moto Edge Plus. In terms of specification, the upcoming Moto Edge+ can easily compete with the Galaxy S20 or any OnePlus phones.
The Detailed Specifications of Moto Edge
The Moto Edge has a 6.67 inches AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution. Addressing the latest trend, Moto is opting for a 90 Hz refresh rate display with its flagship offering. The display comes with a punch hole that carries the selfie shooter, and it has an extreme curve, which looks great.
The smartphone will have a Snapdragon 765 processor to power the device. The leaked variant has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The device has 4,500 mAh battery capacity, which should be enough to last an entire day. Unlike other flagships, Motorola keeps the near-extinct 3.5 mm jack.
The Lenovo owned Moto is opting for a triple rear camera setup. It has a 64 MP primary sensor, and 16 MP wide-angle lens. Besides, it has an 8 MP telephoto lens for better portrait images. On the selfie front, the upcoming smartphone has a 25 MP shooter, located at the punch hole cutout.
Like most other high-end smartphones, Moto Edge has an under the display fingerprint scanner. According to the leaks, the phone runs on the Android 10, out of the box.
Though the cost of the phone is still unknown, it will be similar to the upcoming Redmi K30 Pro and OnePlus 8.
