These days, Samsung is focussing more on its M series smartphones to compete with its Chinese rivals, such as Redmi and Realme. Previously, the company scheduled to launch its M21 smartphone on 16th March. But, at the last moment, the company postponed the launch to 18th March 2020. Some days back, Samsung launched M31 at a competitive price point. The smartphone focuses more on the camera, and it has a 48 MP primary sensor, and a 20 MP selfie shooter.
Price and Availability
Samsung has not confirmed the reason behind the last moment postpone of the scheduled launch. The Galaxy M21 will take over the highly successful M20 that released in 2019. The company confirmed that the upcoming device would be available via Amazon, and the Samsung India website. Though Samsung has not revealed the exact cost of the device, it would be similar to the Galaxy M20.
Camera
Samsung has previously unveiled multiple treasures of the smartphone. These treasures suggest that the device will have a triple camera set up on its back. Like most other mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy M21 includes the highly popular 48 MP camera as a primary shooter. However, the details of the other two sensors have not known yet. But, looking at the industry trend, Samsung might offer a wide-angle lens and a depth sensor.
Display and Battery
On the display front, The Galaxy M21 has an AMOLED screen with an Infinity-U design. The design carries a 20 MP selfie shooter on the front side. The inclusion of the 6,000 mAh battery will add more power to the device. According to multiple rumors, the upcoming smartphone will have an Exynos 9611 chipset. Besides, the Galaxy M21 might have as many as 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
