Recently at Young India Face, we decided to have a conversation with her and learn her mantra for success. Odisha and Young India Face are always proud of this young lady for her positive influence on people, and we always encourage women influencers to move forward in our state Odisha.
Let’s have a look what is her views:
1.How did you first get started as an influencer? What motivated you to pursue this career path?
I am basically a content creator. Due to my leg injury, I had months of bed rest, and I eventually started using body paint during the 2020 pandemic. Then eventually, I got recognition as a face/ body paint artist. Eventually got a chance to showcase a covid warrior tribute song. Then eventually, my humour was always in those posts. Then I started funny, relatable videos. Basically, it was therapy for me during my injury
2. What niche or topics do you primarily focus on as an influencer, and why did you choose that particular area?
I focus on comedy and face art. As I love painting, and bodypaint is one of the most difficult things to do as it has to be painting on your face or body with just a mirror. Then Standup comedy came along as I had always loved watching since my school days when standup wasn’t popular enough. I chose both of them without any intention but to escape from negativity or any unwanted thoughts.
3. What strategies do you use to engage and connect with your audience? How do you maintain their interest and loyalty?
There is only one strategy, ” being myself or raw”, for the audience. I want to see someone truthful on social media, so I became one. Nobody is perfect, and I am trying to show how being you and transparent can actually be good and loved by many.
4. Can you share a memorable experience or campaign you’ve worked on with a brand? What made it successful or rewarding for you?
All my standup solo shows are hit. I organised them myself, and the venue owners are so amazing and helpful. Touchwood, my audience never fails to show up; always, the tickets are sold out.
5. In today’s rapidly evolving social media landscape, how do you stay relevant and adapt to changing trends and platforms?
Trends change every minute, but the audience wants you to stay relevant to the current topics and nostalgic events too. I have this platform to showcase my opinion and the reality of every event we see. Thankfully people love it and can relate to it.
6. What advice would you give to aspiring influencers who are just starting their journey?
I will say Education is a must, and inputting your knowledge and creativity into your social media has a great impact. I will not suggest going unemployed and creating content from the beginning. It takes patience and time to develop. Enjoy what you post and create. The consistency will blow up in your account.
7.Looking ahead, what are your goals and aspirations as an influencer? Are there any new projects or initiatives you’re excited about?
I would definitely love to work on web series one day and work with international comedians who can collaborate with me on state and events. I would not hesitate to give a great web series or movies with messages a try.
