Even though the Coronavirus outbreak has severely affected the word, most of the businesses across the world are still trying their best to operate normally. That means smartphone companies are expected to launch their new smartphones as per the scheduled date. Well, it seems that Huawei is also planning to launch its three new smartphones in the coming weeks.
However, as per the report, Huawei is now planning to follow Samsung and Apple’s device naming strategy. It is eliminating the “Lite” edition, and in that place, Huawei will use “Pro Plus” version. So, the new leaks suggest that the smartphone maker is now adding a new model named the Huawei P40 Pro Plus (5G).
About the leaks
As per the leaked report, this new smartphone will be unique in terms of its camera configuration. It may come with a rectangular camera configuration on back with five sensors. Besides, the leaks also suggested that it may have three camera lenses on the front. Well, this is something really amazing.
The unique Penta-camera setup on the rear side is anticipated to have two different zoom cameras. One could offer up to 10x zoom and another one will create 3x zoom. Besides, the device may come with a 50 MP primary sensor along with a 40 MP secondary lens. On the front, it may have a 32 MP main camera. Its seems that the company is adding a custom Sony RYYB sensor to it. The same sensor was sued on the P30 series. The leaks said the primary lens would support QQB- Quad Quad Bayer” pixel binning technology. That means it can produce better image quality than Samsung’s 108 MP lens that supports the Nano Bayer sensor. The 40 MP secondary camera lens will be a Cine Lens camera. You can find this with the Honor’s V30 Pro model.
However, the company has not officially declared anything about the device. However, we can expect more information about this device in the coming days.
