Previously, another leak claimed that the device was in the last stage of engineering validation.Therefore, the recent report of mass production seems more authentic.
On the other hand, the recent report is not official; therefore, there is no confirmation from the official source. The manufacturing units located in China are gradually recovering from the coronavirus outbreak, which is excellent news for the company.
The Possible Launch Date of the Upcoming iPhone9
The company has not confirmed the launch date for the iPhone 9 yet. The chances of launching this device in March looks slim. Apple recently launched iPad Pro 2020, and it does not make sense to announce another product in the same month. But, Apple might launch the smartphone on the 31st of March, the previously scheduled date. However, the WWDC 2020 scheduled in June, seems to be an ideal time to launch the iPhone 9. By that time, Apple will have enough iPhone 9 to address market demand.
